Effective: August 31, 2026
ContractPath Intelligence (“ContractPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of businesses and individuals who contact us. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through contractpath.ca and related business communications.
Information we collect
When you submit an Opportunity Check or contact us, we may receive your name or business contact information, company name, website, work email, telephone number, service territory, services, project preferences, typical project size, procurement sources you monitor, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate company fit, research potentially relevant public contract and project signals, prepare opportunity intelligence, communicate about our services, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and improve our service.
Form processing and service providers
Our website may use third-party infrastructure to transmit form submissions and operate the site. Those providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to disclose material service providers as our production stack is finalized.
Public-source research
ContractPath researches public procurement, award, project and business information. We may combine information supplied by a business with publicly available information for business-to-business opportunity analysis.
Sharing
We do not sell submitted contact information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations and legitimate business records. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop non-essential business communications, subject to legal and record-retention requirements.
Cookies and analytics
At launch, the site may use basic technical cookies or analytics necessary to understand site performance. If we introduce additional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, this policy should be updated to reflect the production implementation.
